Alex has offered me incredible support, From managing my accounts with meticulous detail to crafting effective marketing strategies and rolling out materials, she's been instrumental in keeping my business on track. Her expertise in administrative tasks has freed up invaluable time for me to focus on what I do best—training my clients and creating their nutrition plans. Additionally, her assistance with personal legal admin amidst an ongoing civil case has been a true lifesaver, alleviating stress and ensuring everything is handled efficiently. I even asked Alex to take on more personal tasks such as organising my wardrobe, my house and studio and continuing to support me in more personal tasks such as PA support on photo shoots, passport and visa application and booking & planning my travel itineraries. Vital Heating Solutions continue to work with Alex not just for her sunny disposition and her fabulous outlook on life, but also because she is so good at what she does. Compliance. It takes up so much time, but Alex seems to thrive on dotting those ‘I’s’ and who are we to discourage this irrational behaviour. She helps collate all our MCS information for our customer packs and Boiler Upgrade Scheme and previously has helped collate procurement documents for tenders. Alex is extremely organised, some may call it OCD, and she always delivers on time with a smile on her face.
